For this event, we’ve paired up with some exceptional vintners from across the country to bring you an array of wines that demonstrate the outstanding flavours organic wine has to offer. In addition, we’ve worked hand in hand with local organic shops to bring you the cleanest and greenest fruit and veg. We’ve even found ranchers and farmers from all around Australia who are raising some of the most succulent game, poultry and red meat organically, and always free-range.

Organic Blanc de Blanc paired with wild caught scallops in the half shell
Organic Riesling paired with wild caught swordfish ceviche, with mango, chili, avocado, coriander & lime
Organic Chardonnay paired with Hagens organic chicken & buckwheat risotto w pine nut dukkah
Organic Syrah paired with organic Adelaide Hills lamb cooked 4 ways served with a caponata salad:
- braised shoulders in red wine
- roast legs stuffed with currants, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg
- sous vide crispy lamb belly w chimichurri sauce
- chargrilled cutlets with herbs and spices
Organic Brakenwood dessert wine with organic coconut & lemongrass pannacotta w roast mac nuts & seasonal organic berries
